中國精神——右玉精神

2020年5月12日，習近平總書記在山西考察期間強調：“要牢固樹立綠水青山就是金山銀山的理念，發揚‘右玉精神’”。總書記還曾批示過：右玉精神體現的是全心全意為人民服務，是迎難而上，艱苦奮斗，是久久為功，利在長遠。
On May 12， 2020， General Secretary Xi Jinping stressed during an inspection tour in north China＇s Shanxi Province that China will uphold the concept that lucid waters and lush mountains are invaluable assets， and we should carry forward the Youyu spirit． General Secretary once instructed that Youyu spirit embodies serving the people wholeheartedly， working hard to rise to challenges， and making unremitting efforts for long－term benefit．
“一棵接著一棵栽，一任連著一任干”。正是右玉“飛鴿牌”的干部一代接一代做著“永久牌”的事情，70年來，山西右玉縣把當地林木覆蓋率從解放初期的0．3％提升至55％，縣委帶領人民把“不毛之地”變成“塞上綠洲”，孕育了以“執政為民、尊重科學、百折不撓、艱苦奮斗”為核心的右玉精神，創造了人類生態史上的奇跡，提供了生態文明建設的生動樣本。
Leading officials in Youyu insist on tree planting． Cadres change from generation to generation， while afforestation remains a permanent cause． Over the past 70 years， the forest coverage rate of Youyu County in Shanxi Province has increased from 0．3％ in the early days of liberation to 55％ today． The Youyu County Party Committee leads the people in turning a wasteland into an oasis， giving birth to Youyu spirit with exercising power in the interests of the people， respect of science， perseverance and resilience， and arduous struggle at its core． It is a miracle in human ecological history and a vivid example of developing ecological civilization．
要干出一番“永久牌”事業，絕非一朝一夕之功，需要滴水穿石的堅持、聚沙成塔的積累，更需要久久為功的接力，一張藍圖干到底，擼起袖子加油干，共同參與、合力踐行，不懼辛勞、腳踏實地、任勞任怨，增強工作的落實力和執行力，在工作收獲中不斷體現人生價值。
A permanent cause cannot be achieved overnight． As a stone is worn when water constantly drips， and a tower is built when soil on earth accumulates， it requires perseverance and accumulation as well as unremitting efforts to stick to a single blueprint until the end and roll up our sleeves and work with added energy． With joint efforts， down－to－earth attitude and hard work， we can better implement and execute work， and realize the value of life in work．
“換領導不換藍圖，換班子不換干勁。”右玉精神，就是穿越時空、歷久彌新的時代精神，就是全心全意為人民服務的生動體現！綠水青山就是金山銀山，切實推動綠色發展，攜手建設美麗中國，描繪出生態文明新畫卷，不斷開創人與自然和諧相處的新境界。
Successive leadership teams stick to the same blueprint with enthusiasm for work． Teeming with new life though time passes， Youyu spirit is the spirit of the times embodying serving the people wholeheartedly！ Green mountains are also gold mountains． We will promote green development to build a beautiful China and ecological civilization together， so as to achieve harmony between humans and nature．
